"Future Think" - Review of an Intriguing Book on How to Adapt to Change Part Three

Like death and taxes, one thing that never changes is change itself. We live in a constantly changing world, and in order to make the most of these changes we need to learn to understand them and how best to respond to them. The book "Future Think: How to Think Clearly in a Time of Change," by Edie Wiener and Arnold Brown, is an excellent user guide to this process. Part One of this article explored the impact of personal biases on change; Part Two is about how organizational biases impact change; Part III is about freeing our mind to see the big picture once we can begin to get past the personal and organizational biases that influence what we see.
